As our Senior Engineer/Program Manager, you will assume R&D engineering responsibility and program management.  The principle engineering responsibility is to lead the effort for CardioChek system development and improvement.  Your first major initiative is to spearhead development and commercialization of a  new CardioChek Analytical System.  This aggressive endeavor includes coordinating the use of outside engineer and development firms with  our internal development team to enable  us deliver this new enhanced product to market within 18 months.  Our state of the art diagnostic device  will employ   a CardioChek diagnostic  platform with state-of-art  data management.  You will also serve as a member of  corporate development and strategic planning.  Reporting directly to the VP of R&D, this highly visible role will interface with every discipline in the company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-  Define and lead development of our CardioChek system improvements.
-  Develop plan to use external design and development organizations and contribute to selection of external development partner.
-  Project mapping and resource allocation, including CAP, complaint handling and investigation, design control, risk assessment, process controls, document and change control.
-  Schedule, track, and coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables are met according to goals.
-  Drive projects to completion with your diligent attention to detail and ability to interface effectively with various disciplines.

OPPORTUNITY:
As our New Account Sales Associate, you will participate in a comprehensive 6 month training program while building your own territory.  Working closely with veteran Sales Reps, Service Managers, and Sales Manager, you will learn how to successfully build and manage a territory.  Covering the North -Central Indiana area (Zionsville, Kokomo, Lafayette), you will call on service, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and other businesses with apparel needs,  Once you graduate from our training program, which includes a 12-week Sandler Sales Training program, you will autonomously manage your territory.  Apply your true hunter skills to a territory that is ripe for growth! 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-  Prospect for new accounts through disciplined sales activity.
-  Make 100-150 phone calls and 30 door to door calls.     -  Shadow current Sales Reps on their calls two days a week.
-  Shadow Service Reps and Managers periodically.
-  Document activity consistently in Goldmine software.  No tedious manual reporting required!
-  Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
-  Actively participate in ongoing sales training.

SUCCESS FACTORS:
-  Bachelor's degree preferred.
-  Professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-  Must be computer savvy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
-  Independent performer with a strong work ethic.
-  Ambitious, confident and achievement oriented.
-  A successful track record that demonstrates effective     -  Positive attitude and willingness to participate eagerly in our mentorship program.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Plymate will reward your talents with a salary of $35k plus incentives based on activity and results.  First year income is projected at $45-55k.  Experienced reps make $75-90k a year!  You will also receive an attractive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with generous company match, and paid vacation & holidays. OPPORTUNITY:

-  Prior experience working at or selling solutions to the non-profit industry is preferred.
-  Experience in selling multi-year contracts helpful.
-  Polished communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
-  Confident competitor who enjoys a challenge and a win, but is not afraid of losing..
-  Sales cycles are 6-12 months, so must have the financial ability to be patient while your annuitized book of business builds.
-  Able to travel 25- 50%, including national and regional trips.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pentera Inc. will reward your talents with a lucrative compensation plan.  First year minimum total compensation is expected to be $60-80k (base and commission) and $80-100k by year two.  However, your compensation is tied directly to your efforts, and there are no upside limitations!  Your income will continue to increase as you build an annuitized book of business. You will also receive an employee benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation/sick time, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
