OPPORTUNITY: As our New Account Sales Associate, you will participate in a comprehensive 6 month training program while building your own territory. Working closely with veteran Sales Reps, Service Managers, and Sales Manager, you will learn how to successfully build and manage a territory. Covering the North -Central Indiana area (Zionsville, Kokomo, Lafayette), you will call on service, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and other businesses with apparel needs, Once you graduate from our training program, which includes a 12-week Sandler Sales Training program, you will autonomously manage your territory. Apply your true hunter skills to a territory that is ripe for growth! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Prospect for new accounts through disciplined sales activity. - Make 100-150 phone calls and 30 door to door calls. - Shadow current Sales Reps on their calls two days a week. - Shadow Service Reps and Managers periodically. - Document activity consistently in Goldmine software. No tedious manual reporting required! - Meet or exceed sales and activity goals. - Actively participate in ongoing sales training. SUCCESS FACTORS: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Must be computer savvy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience. - Independent performer with a strong work ethic. - Ambitious, confident and achievement oriented. - A successful track record that demonstrates effective - Positive attitude and willingness to participate eagerly in our mentorship program. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Plymate will reward your talents with a salary of $35k plus incentives based on activity and results. First year income is projected at $45-55k. Experienced reps make $75-90k a year! You will also receive an attractive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with generous company match, and paid vacation & holidays.
