Why was Job Bullet created?
Job Bullet was created to help you target your ideal professional, independent contractor or service provider for any job. It allows you to search our database of providers at the same time allowing you to choose who sees your personal information. The best part about Job Bullet is that you pay the price you want to pay for the service. Using Job Bullet makes the process faster because you can send it directly to the service provider via SMS text message that is received on the provider's cell phone.


What is a Job Bullet?
A Job Bullet is similar to a job proposal. It contains the job title, an offer of compensation, and your contact information. There is absolutely no obligation when you send or receive job bullets. The client's job description and other details are located in your profile after you log in.


How does it work?
Using Job Bullet is very simple. First, you create a job, then search and pick several professionals you want to send a job bullet to. After sending the bullet, wait for their response to see if they accepted, declined, or sent you a message about the job.


Who uses Job Bullet?
All types of professionals, independent contractors, and service providers can use Job Bullet.


Creating your profile
Before you create your profile, decide if you are looking for service or looking for work. If you are looking for service, sign up as a client and if you are looking for work then sign up as a professional.


Completing your profile content
It is important that you take the time to complete your profile completely. It is your bulletin board. Put as much information on it so that viewers can understand you.


Managing your profile
You can edit your username, password and pretty much anything in your profile besides your reviews.


I cannot sign in
Click on the question mark besides the login section to retrieve your password. It will give you instructions on what to do.


Do I need to have a cell phone to use Job Bullet?
A cell phone is not required to use Job Bullet although it is more convenient to use one.


Why has my phone stopped receiving Job Bullets?
Make sure you haven't changed your provider. If you have, update it in the edit account section.


What are the costs involved?
It is 100% FREE to send Job Bullets to professionals.


What are the age requirements?
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Job Bullet.com


Do you screen people on Job Bullet?
We do not screen anyone. We encourage our users to use common sense and due diligence before sending or accepting job bullets. After you log in, you can report any user of Job Bullet that has offensive or foul intentions.


Can I be refunded?
Job Bullet does not give any refunds. Any refund agreements need to be arranged between the client and the professional.


What do the review numbers and colors mean?
Each accepted job bullet is 1 point. Gold stands for Great work, silver for average, and black for below average. The color rating that was given more will determine the color given. Here are some examples:

Example 1:
Professional A accepted 5 jobs and 3 people rated 2 golds and 1 silver rating. Their feedback would be 5 gold. 5 accepted jobs equals 5 points and since they received more golds than silver or black, his color is gold.

Example 2:
Professional B accepted 8 jobs and 6 people rated 5 silvers and 1 gold. Their feedback would be 8 Silver. 8 accepted jobs equal 8 points and since they received more silvers than gold or black ratings, his color is silver.

Example 3:
Professional C accepted 10 job and 8 people rated 4 blacks, 3 silvers, and 1 gold. Their feedback would be 10 Black. 10 accepted jobs equals 10 points and since they more black ratings than gold or silver, their color is black.

All complaints should be handled between the professional and the client. We assume NO responsibility for you using Job Bullet but you can send us a message and we will look into it to see if we can address it so that it doesn't repeat itself.

Is your service free for clients?
Yes, Job Bullet does not charge clients to use its service although standard text messaging rates might incur from your cell phone provider.


How does Job Bullet protect my personal information?
When you create your profile, you have the option of having your phone or email be displayed. Any information that you don't want to be displayed is secured and only released to those that you send a job bullet to.


How do I create a job?
After you sign up as a client, click on "Add New Job".


Can I wait for a professional to contact me regarding my job?
Yes, Job bullet allows you to send job offer to professionals but you can also choose to wait for professionals to offer their service for your job.


How do I communicate with professionals?
When in a professional's profile, you can send them a job bullet or a message.


How do I target qualified professionals?
Job bullet has built-in algorithms that help to move the best profiles to the top of search results, however choose the best professional that you think will be best for your job.


Am I obligated to hire the professional who I sent a job bullet?
No, there is NO obligation to hire any professional on Job Bullet.


How many professionals can I send a Job Bullet and what happens after?
You can send job offers to 5 professionals per day. After you send your Job Bullet, wait for their response to your offer.


Can I create a job and only have it viewed by those I send a Job Bullet to?
Yes, simply turn the job "off" that way the only people that will see the job are those that you offer it to.


So how do I know the price to offer?
To determine a price for your job, you should call around and see what others are charging for the same job. Offering a fair price increases the chance that your job will be accepted. Be aware that jobs that offer to high of a price can be viewed as a scam or just wasted expenses on your part and jobs that are priced too low, could result in less favorable quality of professionals.


How come my job disappeared after I sent a Job Bullet?
That means that someone has accepted your job offer. It disappears so that other professionals don't apply for the same job.


What do I do if I receive a job bullet?
Congratulations! It means that a professional wants to offer their service for your job.


How do I avoid problems with professionals?
Always have written agreements before any job is started.


How do the Professionals contact me?
They can offer their services to you and you would receive a job bullet or they can send you a message.


How do I pay the professional?
Compensation agreements should be made before the job is started.


What are bookmarks?
Bookmarking professionals allows you to store their profile so you can find them easier in the future.

Job Bullet has built-in algorithms that help to improve your search results. We give you suggestions in your profile so that you get the maximum search benefits.


How will clients contact me?
Clients can contact you by sending a Job Bullet to your cell phone or email.


What to do when you receive a job bullet?
Congratulations! That means that someone wants your service. You should log into your profile and read the details. You have the option to accept, decline or send a message to the client.


How do I contact clients?
You can send the client a message or you can offer your service to the client.


How can I network on Job Bullet?
Job Bullet provides a platform to network with other professionals. You simply send the professional a connection request and then begin networking.


What are the costs to be a professional?
We have different packages to meet every professional's needs. You can get a free account and get 25 job bullets per month, but you can greatly increase your exposure by upgrading to a paid account. We offer better rankings in search results and targeted marketing on Google search engine. View the details in the pricing section.


How do I upgrade my account?
Log in to your current account and click on "Upgrade Account" in the Actions section.


How long can I expect before I receive an offer?
There is no way of knowing. You will be notified when someone finds your profile and wants to extend an offer for your service.


Am I guaranteed to receive a job bullet?
No, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an offer. We will use our resources to advertise your service but we cannot guarantee that you will be hired.


How do I get paid?
Any payment agreements should be made with the client prior to starting the job


How do I know when my membership is expired?
To give you uninterrupted service, your membership is automatically renewed. It is your responsibility to cancel your paid membership before the renewal date if you do not want to use paid services any more. You can view your renewal date in the "Account Inforamtion" section. You may cancel your account any time and continue to use the services you paid for until your membership expires.


How can I have people recommend me on Job Bullet?
Only people in your professional network on Job Bullet can recommend you. So your friend needs to join Job Bullet, request a connection with you, then you need to accept it, and then your friend can go to your profile and leave a recommendation in the "Recommendations" tab.


Can reviews be removed or modified?
No, reviews cannot be removed or modified


What are bookmarks?
Bookmarking is a way to store a profile so that you can find them easier in the future.
